2001 bmw 325ci accident repair estimate?
i recently got into a car accident, the right corner of the car, including the headlights,is smashed and the metal is so crushed that the wheel can’t move very well ( the wheel hits the metal when i try to drive it.) and the corner is sratched up. I own a 2001 bmw 325ci and i was wondering if someone could give me a rough estimate for the cost of fixing the damages. thanks.
Anywhere from $1000 to totaled. If its just a fender and headlight (non xenon), you are using used or aftermarket parts , and having a cheap painter paint it, around $1000.
If you damaged the inner fender support, radiator support, control arms, wheel/tire, all the little trim pieces and are using OEM new BMW parts and going through a reputable body shop 5000-7000 easy or most likely totaled.
Its hard to give an accurate description without pictures or more info but bmw’s use a lot of aluminium components which can be very expensive to repair. A lot of body shops dont have the tools to repair aluminium unibody components like the inner fender support.
